From July 23 to July 25, the Conference of Private Enterprises Assisting the Development of Hainan Free Trade Port & Signing Event of Key Projects was held in Haikou. Shen Danyang, a member of the Standing Committee of Haian Provincial Party Committee and Executive Vice Governor, and Li Zhaoqian, a member of Leading Party Group and Vice Chairman of All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, met with the participating private entrepreneur representatives. Yan Jiehe, the Founder of Pacific Construction and Council Chairman of Zhuangyan Think Tank, was invited to attend.
       This event was organized by All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce and The People’s Government of Hainan Province. Pacific Construction, as the only enterprise of Fortune Global 500, participated in the conference and gathered with the main principals from Top 500 Private Enterprises in China as well as representatives of multiple private enterprises and 30 media to have an in-depth understanding the development of Hainan Free Trade Port and seek cooperation. The event included the signing ceremony of key projects, investigation and research and other links to promote more private enterprises to substantially invest in Hainan and make achievements at Free Trade Port.
 

 

       On the morning of July 24, Ye Jiehe accepted the interview of the mainstream media and proposed “four reductions and six releases” for the healthy development of the Free Trade Port. Four reductions refer to reduction of government administration, reduction of power, reduction of fees and reduction of taxes; six releases refer to being relived and bold in form, letting go and releasing in behavior and relaxing restriction and loosening control in policy. The participating guests successively said that they would “march forward courageously” in the construction tide of Free Trade Port, “work hard” by relying on the policy and steadily seizing the opportunity, and enhance the aftereffect to work together “toward the future”.
